Denali is extremely remote and requires climbers to be brought in by a twin otter aircraft with skis attached. The plane drops you off on the Kahiltna glacier at basecamp and only returns when you call for a departure. The remoteness requires climbers to carry all of their gear and supplies the entire trip. This is accomplished with a heavy pack and pulling a loaded sled. The best way to train for this is to do exactly the same thing. I carry a pack and pull a heavy sled around a frozen lake for a couple hours. While I am not gaining elevation, it prepares the body for whats coming. This picture depicts the first four legs of the trip, with each one getting steeper; I can't wait!
