Training Day - 1


People ask me, how do you prepare for these climbs. In addition to my regular weight training, cardio, HIIT and pilates; I strap on a heavy pack or weight vest and hike up and down hills or on an inclined treadmill. Your body needs to get used to carrying heavy weight; preferably up hill. However, there is no way to train for altitude in Minnesota without traveling out West.
